RETURNED ITEMS AND REFUNDS POLICY

We will accept returned goods and send out refunds or replacements in either of the following situations:

1) If incorrect or damaged goods were sent, we will refund or replace as you wish and re-imburse your costs in returning said items to us.

2)If, on receipt of the items, you decide you are not satisfied with it/them, you can, within 28 days, apply for a refund or replacement. Costs of return will be met by you, and the goods must be returned in "as new" condition with all packaging and attached labels in place.
